1. Fountain International Trading PLC (FIT) established in 2009 by Ethiopian founders to provide Talent Management Solutions, primarily through outsourced employment agency services. FIT specializes in staffing and managing non-core roles such as cleaning, messenger, and security services, allowing clients to focus on core business operations. Currently, FIT manages payroll for approximately 4,000 employees, underlining the need for a robust, scalable ERP system to support growing operational complexity.

2. A Complete set of Bidding documents in English Language can be purchased by interested bidders from the Company Starting from Monday August 18, 2025, Up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300 (Birr Three hundred only) deposited FIT PLC. at A/C CBE 1000528629087 or Awash Bank 01304236220800 in the name of the bid participant organization during the below working hours. Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-12:00 PM and 1:30-5:00 PM Saturday 8:30 AM-12:00 PM

3. Bidders’ Technical & Financial proposal should be delivered to the Company on or before August 18,2025, at 09:00 AM on the Address provided below. The bid submission will be closed on August 28, 2025, at 05:00 PM. Late bidders will be rejected.

4. Bidder Technical proposal must be submitted in soft copy and financial proposal must submit in hard copy- sealed document to Fountain International Trading office.

5. The bid must be delivered in person to FIT PLC. on or before the date stated in number 3 above.

6. Bidders Proposal must be accompanied by bid security. I.e. CPO or Bank Guarantee in the amount mentioned above.

7. FIT PLC. reserves the right to cancel the bid either partially or totally.
