ANNOUNCEMENT OF OPEN BID FOR

SELLING OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF TOBACCO

MACHINERY SPARE PARTS

National Tobacco Enterprises (Ethiopia) SC (A Member of JTl Group of Companies) National tobacco enterprises SC is seeking supplier(s) to buy different types of Tobacco machinery spare parts.

BID Requirement

Interested and capable service providers may submit their financial proposal by providing the information and documents listed below:

• Any company who has legal licenses to operate in Ethiopia.
• Confirmation whether a contracting partner will provide the services directly or will work with sub-contractors. If the latter option, please share the details of the sub-contractors you will work with
• Duly Completed statement of compliance (fully compliant, partially compliant, and non-compliance) to each of the below listed requirements,
• Provide a company profile outlining your capabilities, human talent, skills, and financial capacity to offer the service on a large scale.

C	A minimum of 1 years of experience in delivering the services required
D	Demonstrate the relevant experience in the services required and the value of current contracts and with whom
E	Details of the location of your premises within Ethiopia and contact details
F	Company Prole outlining the Directors names and Identity numbers to facilitate Due Diligence

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES

1. Interested suppliers must purchase a tender document of spare parts 100.00 Birr (ETB one hundred)

2. To purchase tender documents please see below payment instructions.

• Bank transfer to National Tobacco Enterprise account in Awash Bank A/C # 01304016721600 Africa Andine! Branch and Commercial Bank A/C # 1000157575008 with Sarbet Branch.
• Bank transfer slip is mandatory to collect tender documents located around Kilinto Industry Park

3. Visit the machine spare parts in person in our warehouse located around Kilinto Industry Park

4. Submission of the financial proposal spare parts, 2017 renewed business licenses with signed and sealed posts in our factory located around Kilinto Industry Park within 7 (seven) consecutive working days from the date announced in the newspapers. Price will be submitted per KG only.

NOTE 1

The winning bidder’s company must first summit performance BONDS with the bank’s CPO within three days of the announcement before beginning to collect spare components.

Only the suppliers who meet our minimum requirements will be considered for further discussions.

The receipt of response shall not bind National Tobacco Enterprise (Ethiopia) SC to any contractual agreements with the prospective bidder. Such arrangements shall only come in place once a tender process has been completed and an award issued to a successful bidder after technical and commercial evaluation.

Any costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to this tender shall be borne by the tender respondent.

NOTE 2

National Tobacco Enterprise (Ethiopia) SC reserves at its sole discretion: the right to select or reject, either in totality or partially, any or at proposals made in the context of this tender.
