Caritas Switzerland invites all eligible company for a price quotation to obtain a Mesh Wire for our project coffee drying beds found in the Oromia Region Borna Zone.

Required Documents: Renewed Business license, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and other legality relevant documents as necessary,

Submission: Bidders shall submit the proposal, to Caritas Switzerland Bole sub city, worda 05, House # 999/1 at GB building (24 Kebele), detailed information on the quotes can be obtained from Caritas Switzerland Office, Tel #: +251-116-672-273.

The bidder shall submit the Technical and financial documents, with clear mark original and copy in a sealed and stamp envelop to the above-mentioned address on / before 12:00 AM in August 29/2025.

Please note, that the submitted bid documents will be opened at 2:00 PM in August 29 /2025, by Caritas Switzerland procurement committee without public opening ceremony and the result will be communicated to the winner bidder up on the completion of the final evaluation.

Award Criteria

Award will be given based on Caritas Switzerland’s procurement guidelines, whereby the selection is primarily based on the principle of maintaining VFM (Value for Money).

• Technical specification-attached the detail technical specification.
• Delivery time, the soonest (less a week) possible will be considered.
• Attache product quality certificate.
• Sample required for selected bidder.
• Payment on delivery.

Items will deliver at Caritas Switzerland Addis Ababa office, the procure quantity will decide to amend based on the budget availability and purchase committee final decision.
