- Terms and Conditions: 1.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) በአካል የግዥና ፋይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ድረስ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን እንዲሁም ዋስትናውን ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ ይኖርባችኋል፡፡ 2. በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ድርጅት አገልግሎቱን መስሪያ ቤቱ በፈለገው ጊዜ አገልግሎቱን መስጠት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3. እያንዳንዱ በጨረታው የምትወዳደሩ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ድርጅቶች መስሪያ ቤቱ አገልግሎቱን ማግኘት የሚፈልገው በአዲስ አበባ ውስጥ ብቻ መሆኑን አውቃችሁ እንድትወዳደሩ፡፡ 4. መስሪያ ቤቱ የቴክ አዌይ/take away/ አገልግሎት ሲፈልግ አገልግሎቱን እንደምትሰጡ አውቃችሁ እንድትወዳደሩ፡፡ 5. አሸናፊ አገልግሎት ሰጪው ድርጅት የውሉ ሁኔታ ለአንድ አመት (365 ቀናቶች) የሚያገለግል መሆኑን አውቃችሁ እንድትወዳደሩ፡፡ 6. ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
