INVITATION TO BIDS

Bid No. NCB/TdH/01/2025 Tablets. Computers and printers

Terre des Hommes Netherlands (TdH NL) is an international non-governmental organization working to protect children from all forms of exploitation. In Ethiopia TdH NL is implementing projects that are benefiting thousands of Ethiopian children and their families.

TdH NL invites eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids based on the following requirements.

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Terre des Hommes Netherlands, Ethiopia Country Office (Contact details: (+251 (114702140 or 251 94 278 8808 or e-mail: ethiopia@tdh.nl)

2. Bidders are required to submit renewed Trade license, Tax, clearance certificate valid at submission of bid & VAT Registration Certificate with taxpayer registration certificate.

3. Bids and samples of all items must be delivered to the office indicated on number 2 above on or before Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 11:30 AM. And Bids will be opened on Monday September 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM.

4. TdH NL reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
