Term of Reference (TOR) for Multiple Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) Phase-1 Project Implementation Documentation.

MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices (MSIE-RC) the former Marie Stopes International Ethiopia (MSIE) was established in 1990, it is one of the largest providers of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services in Ethiopia. By identifying SRH as a critical aspect of women and men’s human rights, we engage and operate through several service delivery channels, to provide high-quality, safe, and reliable SRH services and products across the nation MSIE-RC, in partnership with UNICEF, is implementing the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) project under a Program Cooperation Agreement signed in November 2023. As Phase 1 of the project nears completion, MSIE-RC seeks to engage a qualified research consultant to document key achievements, lessons learned and prepare a comprehensive Phase 1 project completion report.

We are seeking a competent research consultancy firm to conduct Multiple Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) Phase-1 Project Implementation Documentation which has at least five years of experience in managing qualitative or mixed research.

Interested, qualified and eligible bidders are invited to collect the detailed terms of reference (TOR) from MSIE-RC support office located at Wello Sefer, Ethio-China road in front of Tebaber Berta Building, from the reception desk during working hours starting from September-08/2025 to September-22/2025 for ten consecutive working days.

Proposal Submission Date:

Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in two separately sealed envelopes (one for technical and one for financial) into the box ready for the bid on or before 22 September 2025, 10AM. Bids will open in the presence of bidders or representatives on 22 September 2025, 10:30AM at MSIE meeting hall. Bidding documents must be signed, and bidders are also required to submit legal documents (renewed business license, tax identification, value added tax registration certificate…)..
