Having been submitted VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6.

Conflict of Interest

No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 6.

Valid trade license or business organization registration certificate

Having been submitted valid trade license or business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6

Valid tax clearance certificate

Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6

SCOPE OF SERVIECE & REQUIREMENTS / 1. Core Deliverables: The Individual Laundry Service provider is expected to;

Ø Must have the general laundry service and equipment in their establishment such as Washer-Extractors, Hydro Extractors/ Spin Dryer, Flatwork Ironers, Pressing, Spotting Unit, etc.

Ø Must provide list of laundry equipment and machines and detail specification.

Ø Must provide list of laundry detergents and washing chemicals such as laundry soap, stiffeners, bleaches, softeners brand name and specification as well as supplier agreements.

Ø Must provide Laundry SOPs and manual documentation for washing standards

Ø Shall have similar experience (clients) with 3 stars or above hotel operation.

Ø Must have fabric care mechanism and service quality

Ø Must give guarantee on service and delivery time frame.

Ø Must have flexible working process in terms of time for service and turnaround time.

Ø Must have pick-up and delivery service hours within 24 hours (as standard)

Ø Must have damage or loss handling policy

Ø Must provide laundry room floor plan, area size, list of equipment, list of washing products etc.

Ø Must provide express dry cleaning for Academy guest.

Ø Qualified Laundry Supervisor in hotel operation laundry service and techniques

Ø Trained and skilled laundry attendants (staffs)

Ø General: positive and constructive approaches, meet established time lines, capacity to facilitate and communicate.
