- የአቅርበቱ መጠንና ጊዜ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚያዘው መሰረት ይሆናል።
- የማሰረከብያ ቦታ በሁሉም ካምፓሶች ( አክሱም ዋና ግቢ ፣ አክሱም ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ፣ ሽረ ካምፓስ ፣ ዓድዋ ካምፓስ )ይሆናል።
- የሚቀርቡ አቅርቦቶች በተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ደንብ ቁጥር 1341/2024 መሰረት ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የማያስፈልጋቸው አቅርቦቶች ከእሴት ታክስ ውጪ ፣ የሚያስፈልጋቸው ደግሞ እሴት ታክስን ተጨምሮ መሞላት አለባቸው።
- የጨረታ ማስከበርያው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት በአካል ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ መቅረብ አለበት።
