Lot 1: Cereals And Others Edible.

Lot II: Vegetables And Others Edible Items.

Lot III: Meats and Eggs.

Lot IV: Breads

1. The Bid Documents Shall Be Purchased from SRS JHSC Jig-Jiga Against Payment of Non-Refundable Sum of Birr 100(One Hundred) During Office Hours Up on Presentation of Official Application Letter, Renewed Trade Licenses from Appropriate Government Body, Tax Payers Registration Certificate MOFED/ BOFED Registration & VAT Registration.

2. Bids Shall Be Valid For A Period Of Ten (10 Days After Bid Opening & Must Be Accompanied By Bid Security Of Not Less Than 2% Of The Bid Price Or Its Equivalent In CPO Or Bank Guarantee.

3. Bids Shall Submit Each Having One Original & Two Copies.

4. Finished Period -With In 120 Calendar Days Starting from Date of Contract Signing.

5. Bidders Should Submit Their Technical and Financial Officers in Wax Sealed Envelope to The Agency Staring from Date Announced on The Ethiopian Herald for The Consecutive 10 Days.

7. The Bid Sells Started 16/09/2025 G.C Up To 26/09/2025 G.C.

8. The Bid Will Be Opened in The Presence of Bidders and Or Their Official Representatives 27/9/2025 G.C 10:30 A.M Local Time.

9. The College Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject the Bid.
10. Late Bids Will Be Rejected.
