INVITATION TO JOIN OUR SUPPLIER LIST ALL CATEGORIES

IIRR is in the process of establishing its official Supplier List and hereby invites qualified, reputable, and experienced suppliers and service providers to express interest in being included.

This invitation is open to suppliers across all categories of goods, works, and services, for use in current and future procurement needs.

CATEGORIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• General Services (cleaning, security, transport. maintenance)
• Office Supplies & Stationery
• IT Equipment & Technical Support
• Construction, Renovation & Maintenance Works
• Professional Services (consultancy, audit, etc.)
• Catering & Hospitality Services
• Printing, Publishing & Branding
• Electrical. Plumbing & Mechanical Services
• Vehicle Hire, Spare Parts & Maintenance
• Training & Capacity Building Services

Interested suppliers may apply for one or more categories and must clearly state their category (ies) of interest in the application.

MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Company profile
• Valid business registration/license
• Tax compliance certificate
• List of services/products offered
• References from recent clients
• Full contact details (email, phone, address)
• Any other relevant certifications or supporting documents
• Template of the supplier detail filled.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

Interested suppliers can collect the form from IIRR office physical address Around Africa Union, Sar Bet Road, as you pass the Tobacco Monopole, end of the road without crossing the Traffic Light which as 3rd Floor of the Building Where the Birhan Bank is located OR sending a request mail to  [email protected] via email.

Please note: This is not a tender. Inclusion on the supplier list does not constitute a guarantee of business but ensures suppliers will be considered for opportunities aligned with their category and qualifications. You can submit all the requested documents by email or enveloped by hard copy label: “Application for Supplier List (Category Name) to the organization office before the closing business date of October 16. 2025 at 4:00PM.
