Yewedekutin Ansu Charity Association for Destitute (YACAD) is a local not-for-profit non-governmental civil society organization established in 1998 and legally registered with Authority for Charity and Society Organizations with a registration number 1195. The association has an overall objective of rehabilitating and providing institution based support to abandoned, destitute and elderly people in terms of shelter, food and medical care, as well as psycho-social support.

In order to modernize its financial system, YACAD wants to pursue with IPSAS and train its financial staff on IPSAS application, YACAD has a plan to have IPSAS guideline and invites potential

organizations:-

Assignment

• To develop IPSAS guideline and provide training on IPSAS to the financial staff.

Requirement:-

• Bidders should collect the TOR document from YACAD’s Office Within five working days from the date of announcement.

Bidders, being an eligible business under the Ethiopian laws & regulations; and which can submit

renewed business license, TIN & VAT registration certificate.

• Any bidder should submit the technical and financial proposal in a sealed envelope within Seven days from the date of receipt of the T.O.R. during office hours.

YACAD reserves the right to reject the bid.
