INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF INVERTORS

Tsehay Bank would like to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 5 KVA & 10KVA Invertors through a national open tender by using the under listed information

1. Interested and eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred), deposited into Tsehay Bank account number 1000033657.

2. Bidders can obtain the Bid document commencing from October 15, 2025, during office hours from Monday to Friday: Moring 8:30 am – 12:00 am and Afternoon 1:30 pm -5:00 Pm and Saturday: 8:30 am -12:00 am, from the address mentioned below

located around Beklobet, Meaza Desalegn

Tower (In front of the new Ethiopia Hotel #2), 5th  floor.

3. For eligibility, bidders should bring a copy of their renewed Trade license, Professional License, certificate of registration, Taxpayer registration certificate. Value added tax certificate, and tax clearance certificate.

4. Bidders are expected to have proven experience, supported by recommendations and relevant testimonials.

5. Sealed bid proposals must be submitted during office hours at the address mentioned in number 2, before the bid closing date and time.

6. A bid bond of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand), in the form of a CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee made from local commercial banks other than Tsehay valid for at least 120 days must accompany the original technical bid proposal,

7. The bid will close on October 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM and open at 3:15 PM on the same day, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address mentioned in number 2.

8. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid document before submitting their proposals. Failure to comply with the instructions and conditions in the bidding document may result for rejection.

9. The Bank reserves the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
