INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Standard License Renewal

Ref. No ESX 002/25

1. Ethiopian Securities Exchange S.C. would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for the procurement of the following Software Licenses through open tender

2. Bidders should attach renewed trade licenses and certificates of registration, taxpayer registration certificate, value-added tax certificate.

4. Bidders are expected to submit their financial offer in Ethiopian Birr by email with the subject line “Financial Offer – RHEL License Supply” to info@esx.et  (with a password protected PDF file) with relevant documents.

5. All submissions should be made before Oct. 29, 2025, at 05:00 P.M.

6. The selected bidder should supply the requested license within 10 days of signing the contract.

9. ESX reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
