RE-INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF SOLAR WATER PUMP
Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association (EWNRA) is a civil society organization, non-political, non-religious and not-for-profit local non-government organization working in areas of sustainable wetlands, forests/natural resources management as well as in livelihood improvement with the aim to achieve the dual goals of environment and development in Ethiopia.
EWNRA is seeking to purchase a Solar Water Pump (4 in number) and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their price quotations in accordance with the provided specifications.

Suppliers should provide price quotations in separate rows: one for delivery of the materials to the head office in Addis Ababa, and another for delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of local operators on site at both Masha Woreda (Sheka Zone, South West Ethiopia Peoples’ Region) and Nadhi-Nono Woreda (Illubabor Zone, Oromia Region). All costs incurred should be covered by the supplier, and the quotations must reflect reasonable and justifiable costs. The purchaser reserves the right to select either the delivery-only option or the full-service option based on budget availability |

Therefore, all interested suppliers are invited to submit a formal detailed quotation (Pro forma) in sealed envelope together with the following documents:
- Registration to participate in tender from Ministry of Finance; currently renewed business license; Registration of Value Added Tax (VAT)
- All Bid must be accompanied by a bid security (CPO) to the amount of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Birr) from the domestic bank that issues the CPO shall guarantee to pay to “Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association”
- Bids must be delivered to the one of the address below on Thursday October 23, 2025 at or before 2:00 pm or 08:00 local time.
- Late Submissions will not be considered
