INVITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TWO BLOCK PERMANENT

ECCD HAVING FOUR CLASS ROOMS IN AMHARA REGION.

Plan International Ethiopia, Amhara Program Area wants to invite all interested and eligible Suppliers to participate in the following works in Amhara region as per the Lots mentioned below. Based on this document, all eligible and interested Suppliers shall submit sealed bids for the Construction works described in detail in the table below:-

Interested eligible contractors shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents:-

Mandatory Requirement

1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2017 E.C.

2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

3. Copy of TIN Certificate

4. For GC-6/BC-5 and above Contractors only

6. Renewed registration certificate

7. Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate.

8. Bid Security Bond of 100,000 CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee for each Lots

• Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
• Plan International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
• Bid instruction documents can be obtained from Plan International Ethiopia, Amhara PA, Bahir Dar City, Supply Chain & Admin Unit Office in hardcopy form according to the details provided below:
