INVITATION FOR BID

CONSTRUCTION OF 28-58+G+9 MIXED USE BUILDING

1. JS House Construction and Rent S.C invites BC-2 or GC-3 and above bidders/contractors to submit sealed bids by providing all the necessary Material. labor and Equipment in one option and labor based as another option for the remaining Structural and finishing works of 2B+SB+G+9 Mixed use Building on 4.111m² Plot of land around Merikato

2. Interested bidders shall have the following evidences:

• Renewed Certificate of registration from Ministry of Works and Urban Development or other appropriate regional bureaus with Category BC-2 or GC-3 and above
• Valid renewed trade license:
• Tax clearance certificate which states its eligibility to participate in any tenders and valid at the deadline for submission of bids and:
• TIN certificates:
• VAT registration certificate and;
• FPPPA Suppliers’ List Registration

3. Scope of The remaining works include

• Completion of the remaining Structural Works
• All Finishing Works

4. Bidders shall provide quotations on both options of

1. With Material and Labor
2. Labor Only

5. Eligible bidders shall visit and thoroughly inspect the site on working days from Mondays to Fridays.

6. Bidders shall submit their offers in two separate sealed envelopes:

• Technical Proposal (Original and Copy)
• Financial Proposal (Original and Copy)
• Both envelopes shall be properly labeled and enclosed in a single outer envelope.

7. A bidding document is ready for interested bidders’ purchase upon a deposit of non refundable ETB 2000 to the address below on working days starting from announcement date on Reporter Newspapers.

8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 500,000 with CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee modality.

9. Interested eligible bidders can obtain detailed information from the bid document.

10. The deadline for bid submission date will be October 31, 2025 3:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM.
