The following ITB/RFP Tenders are being tendered through this notification during the above period:

The purpose of purchasing these agricultural tools is to facilitate the implementation of the Climate-Smart agriculture practices through the distribution of these tools to agro-pastoralists and other stakeholders. in Afar region specifically Aballa & wassam area Other remarks (if applicable):

The Danish Refugee Council in Ethiopia intends to contract suppliers for the below listed Item. The tender dossier and instructions to suppliers are available for collection during working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in person, as from Oct 20th, -31st, 2025

The bids should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes (containing the technical and the financial offers), both bearing the relevant reference number mentioned above.

• Bidders MUST provide renewed and valid business licenses, a copy of TIN, and VAT registration certificate.
• Bidders MUST provide original plus copy of financial and technical documents in a separate envelope.
• Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered. » Further Instructions on submission are provided on tender dossier.

Note:

1. It is a mandatory requirement to verify that suppliers should hand over the materials after inspection by DRC technical person at Aballa DRC field office.

2. The winning supplier will bring sample to DRC Aballa field office.

3. Supplier should get official notification for acceptance of the sample before transporting the materials to the delivery Address

The suppliers should come up with the relevant license copy during the collection of the bid documents
