Manufacturing and Supply work of Solar Mounted Structures

Pharo Foundation is a private foundation established in United Kingdom in 2011 with the mission of working towards Africa’s future by fostering an economically self- reliant Africa though the promotion of sustainable livelihoods. Operating across various African countries, the Foundation strictly adheres to international development principles, including the NGO Code of Conduct.

In Ethiopia, the Pharo Foundation was re-registered as a foreign charity on May 27, 2019, under license number 3717, issued by the Agency for Civil Society Organizations. To accomplish the two rural water supply projects in the BGRS, Pharo Foundation has planned to outsource the Manufacturing and Supply of Solar Mounting Structure (SMS) for the two-water supply Project. Pharo Foundation floats this bid by inviting eligible and potential SMS or similar work firms and contractors for the work listed and summarized below:

The bidder must contain legal trade license, registration, and professional competencies certificates renewed for 2017 EC to take part in the bid & provide information on:

1. the range of similar work offered; 
2. qualifications and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel currently maintained 
3. track record and experience of the firm in similar assignment including list of major clients served and
4. other relevant information on supply of Solar Mounting Structure’s related Electrical Accessories.

Minaye Office Park 12th Floor from 22/10/2025 to 3/11/2025, on working days from 09:00AM-5:00PM Bidders are instructed to submit “One Original” and “one copy” of Technical and Financial: each document in different folders separately, Duly Labeled as ORIGIONAL AND COPY FOR BOTH PROPOSALS PROPERLY and shall be wax sealed in large outer mother envelope and should be received by hand at Pharo Foundation Country office, BGRS, Assosa program office not later than 2:00 PM on Monday 3rd of November.

All Bids will be opened at Addis Ababa at 2:30 PM on Thursday 3rd of November, Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of 100,000 ETB (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
