INVITATION TO BID FOR MEDICAL
EQUIPMENT AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES

FHI 360 Ethiopia Crisis Response therefore invites quotations and proposals from eligible local vendors with valid and renewed licenses for the current fiscal year to supply medical equipment and medical supplies in Ethiopia.

Provision of Medical equipment and Medical Supplies-Consumable

Experienced bidder in these fields who have active business valid licenses and have active office in Ethiopia can obtain a complete set of bidding documents in person from below address from the following date of the tender announced on the newspaper. 

Address: Bole Rwanda Road Right beside TZ hotel Bole Sub city, Woreda 01, House No. 1185 MDT Building Addis Ababa, Ethiopia PO box 121784.

FHI 360 operates between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. FHI 360 is closed on weekends & holidays.

The OFFER shall be returned in person to the address mentioned above not LATER than October 28th, 2024, 

All bidders must provide a bid guarantee in the form of CPO (2%) with their bid response document 2% CPO.
