- Terms and Conditions: 1.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee ) በአካል የግዥ እና ፍይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ዋስትናውን ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
- 2.በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን የተለያዩ የጋራዥ ማሽን (Garage machine) እስከ ገዥው መጋዘን ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ (ሳሪስ ቡና ቦርድ በሚገኘው ተሽከርካሪ ጥገና መምሪያ መጋዘን)
- 3.ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩበት የተለያዩ የጋራዥ ማሽን (Garage machine) የተመረተበትን አገር ሞዴል እና ብራንድ መጥቀስ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
- 4.ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩበት የተለያዩ የጋራዥ ማሽን (Garage machine) ግልፅ የሆነ ስፔስፍኬሽን በሲስተም ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
- 5..ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩበት የተለያዩ የጋራዥ ማሽን (Garage machine) ስልጠና መስጠት እንዳለባቸዉ አዉቃቹ እንድትዋዳደሩ፡፡
- 6. ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
