Time Extension and Addendum No. 1 to Bid Invitation for Road Marking Paint Works under Wukro – Abreha Weatsbha – Nebelet – Filafel and Mykenetel Spur Road, Lot 1: Nebelet – Filafel and Mykenetel Spur Road Project and Lot 2: Wukro – Nebelet Road Project Including Wukro Town Road Spur.

We refer invitation to bid advertised in Ethiopian herald newspaper on 03 October 2025 for Road Marking Paint Works under Wukro – Abreha Weatsbha Nebelet – Filafel and Mykenetel Spur Road, Lot 1: Nebelet – Filafel and Mykenetel Spur Road & Lot 2: Wukro – Nebelet Road Project Including Wukro Town Road Spur.
Addendume No.1

1. In the Bidding Document, Instruction to Bidders (ITB) 1.3, amend it as shown below: “Last date of bid submission is 13 November 2025, at 10:00 AM.”

2. In the Bidding Document, Instruction to Bidders (ITB) 1.5, amend it as shown below:
“The Bidders shall have successfully completed similar works (Road Marking Works) in road projects.”

3. In the Bidding Document, Instruction to Bidders (ITB) 1.16, amend it as shown below:
“The Main Contractor will open Technical bids in the presence of bidders or bidders’ legal representatives who choose to attend on 10:00AM on 13 November 2025 whereas financial bids will be opened only for those bidders who pass in technical evaluation on a date we will inform you.”

4. In the Bidding Document, Technical Criteria and Procedure of Contract Award, Technical Criteria, Sr. No 2 Technical Qualification, Competence and Experience of bidder Sr.No 2.1, amend it as shown below:
“The Bidders shall have successfully completed similar works (Road Marking Works) in road projects.
N.B Other terms & conditions on the bidding document will remain unchanged.
