To Conduct Project Audit for Ghion Peace,

Reconciliation and Development Association (GPRDA)

Ghion Peace, Reconciliation, and Development Association (GPRDA) is a non-profit, non- governmental civil society organization based in Gondar, North-Western Ethiopia. Established on April 15, 2021, GPRDA is dedicated to promoting peace, sustainable development, and community resilience.

The Association has been implementing a one-year project funded by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) through the European Union (EU), covering the period from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025. GPRDA now invites qualified and authorized audit firms to conduct an external audit of the project’s financial statements for the specified period.

Key Requirements

• Conducting a comprehensive financial audit in accordance with national and international accounting standards.
• Reviewing financial statements, transactions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing a detailed audit report, including findings and recommendations for financial management improvement.
• Licensed and registered in Ethiopia as an audit firm.
• Minimum of three years of experience in auditing civil society organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management and compliance.
• A team of certified auditors with relevant experience.
• Technical proposal, outlining audit methodology and approach.
• Financial proposal, including the audit fee structure.
• Company profile and proof of registration.
• CVs of key audit personnel.

Submission Process: Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes to the Ghion Peace, Reconciliation and Development Association (GPRDA) by November 3, 2025, no later than 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered. Interested applicants may deliver their bid documents physically or send them via EMS or DHL, clearly indicating their contact phone number on the submission envelope.
