REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)-PEST CONTROL SERVICE PROVIDER

Company Name: QuaLabels Manufacturers Private Limited Company

1. Introduction

Our company Qualabels Manufacturers PLC is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed pest control service providers to deliver professional safe, and effective pest management services for our factory premises located at Sheger city Admin. Legelato Legedadi sub city.

2. Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

Regular Inspection and treatment of office/factory/ residential areas.

Preventive pest control measures.

Emergency response to pest infestations..

Use of safe, eco-friendly, and approved chemicals.

Documentation of all services provided.

3. Locations:

Services are required at the following sites:

Factory (found in two places) & Head Office Both are located at legetafo & 3400 (F1) also square meters & 4700 (F2) square meters Warehouses & Residential Areas.

4. Service Frequency

• Routine service: Monthly/Bi-monthly.
• Emergency service: Within 8 hours of notification

5. Vendor Requirements

• Valid business license and certification for pest control services.
• Proven track record in corporate/industrial pest control.
• Skilled and trained technicians with PPE,
• Compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

6. Proposal Submission Requirements

Service providers should submit:

1. Company profile & legal documents.

2. Methodology (chemicals, equipment, safety measures).

3. Service schedule plan.

4. List of clients/references.

5. Price quotation (detailed cost breakdown per site/frequency).

6. Warranty/guarantee terms.

7. Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Technical capability (30%)
•  Experience & references (20%)
• Compliance with safety/environmental standards (20%)
• Cost competitiveness (30%)
