Tender For External Audit Service

Ethio Life and General Insurance (S.C) is a privately owned insurance company Established in October 2008 to undertake both general and long-term (Life) insurance business in accordance with the licensing and supervision of insurance business proclamation No. 746/2012 and the commercial code of Ethiopia.

The company would like to invite licensed audit firms to carry out a statutory audit as per the LSA for the fiscal year 2025/26,2026/27 and 2027/28. The audit firms to participate in this tender are required to fulfil the following:

• Should be Certified Chartered-accountants who are authorized to audit public interest entity by the office of auditing and accounting board of Ethiopia.
• Copy of professional indemnity insurance cover;
• Should have renewed (valid) business license;
• Should have TIN Certificate;
• Should have submit their detailed work profile;

Besides, the audit firms participate in this tender should indicate the time frame to complete the audit. Eligible and interested audit firms can submit their sealed technical and financial proposal with quotation and should reach our office at address given below within 15 consecutive days offer the announcement on the newspaper.
