For the Supply of White refined Sugar for beer production at our Factory in Debre Birhan.

The providers will be expected to Work with Procurement team to supply high quality white refined sugar that meets food safety standards. deliver sugar in specified quantities in compliance with agreed up on schedule and provide the required documentation such as quality certifications.

Scope of work (SOW)

• Provide white refined sugar suitable for use in food and beverage production, meeting specified quality and safety standards.
• Ensure the sugar is free from contaminants, adheres to national and international quality certifications and is packed in durable, moisture-resistant packaging as per agreed specifications
• Supply 4 million kg/ [4,000 Ton] of sugar.
• Deliveries must be made in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule, ensuring no disruptions to operations.
• Provide certificates of analysis (COA) for each batch delivered. verifying quality parameters such as purity, moisture content, and absence of harmful substances.
• Replace defective or non-compliant deliveries at no additional cost.

EOI REQUIREMENTS

If you are interested and capable of providing this scope of Provision for sugar supply, please take the detail TOR from our Head office starting from Oct-29-2025 and submit your Proposal in a sealed and stamped envelope at our main office or via email factoryprocurement@habeshabreweries.Com until November 7,2025, 2:00 pm.

Interested suppliers must pay a non-refundable 500 ETB and receive the bid documentation with all necessary specification from Habesha Breweries Share Company head office (+251965683654- Hermela Tegegne), Bole. Michael in front of Airport Cargo next to Addis Cardiac center until November 7.2025 1:00 pm.

Once the responses are received, the process will follow the steps below:
