SOS Children’s Village Ethiopia is a member association of the International Federation of SOS Children’s Villages. It is a non-political, not-for-profit, and non- religious social development organization focused on the well-being and development of children. It was founded in 1974 and has been a development partner since then with positive outcomes in the lives of many children, families, and communities. Currently, we operate in seven locations: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Jimma, Harar, Hawassa, and Gode with additional satellite projects in
each Region and the National Office in Addis Ababa.

And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance with the purchase e Details, Instructions to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

Eligibility Documents – Valid Business License (E.C. 2018), VAT &, Taxpayers’ Certificate

• Company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches, structure, resources…etc.
• Evidence of bidders’ financial capacity in the form of an Audit report.
• Evidence of past satisfactory performance on the provision of similar supplies.
• Bid Guarantee (Bid Security Bond) 2%: All bidders are required to submit a bid guarantee (Cashier’s Payment Order – CPO) in the name of “SOS Children’s Villages Head office” valued at 2% of the given price in the form of CPO (should be submitted with a separate sealed envelope).
• You can get and download the bid documents along with this bid notice.
• Please ensure that the brand names and detailed specifications of the items are clearly stated in the Bid.

Potential suppliers may obtain the tender documents from February 03, up 17 February 2026 during working hours. 

Tenders must be submitted use of individual company’s Performa invoice in two sealed envelopes, one original Technical, and one original Financial Separately, bearing an official company seal, and marked by the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at SOS Children’s Village Ethiopia National office offices in Addis Ababa,
located at Bole Atlas in front of Mado Hotel on 17 February 2026, on or before 2:00 PM.

SOS Children Village in Ethiopia Procurement Committee will open tender responses on 17 February 2026 at 10: Am at its discretions.
