Ethiopian Catholic Church Social & Development Commission Branch office of Harar (ECC-SDCBOH) has received grant from ECRRP project for Construction of Water supply in Doba Woreda Jalela kebele, in West Hararge Zone, Oromia Regional State.

ECC-SDCBOH now invites your Company for Construction of Water supply in Doba Woreda based on the following requirements:-

1. Eligible bidders who have WWC-6 for Water supply and Irrigation and above license renewed for the current year 2018 E.C

2. Bidders who has an experiences on construction of water work & SSI of two (2) years and above The bid document obtained from Dire Dawa ECC- SDCBOH office for seven (7) consecutive days with none refundable fee 500 Birr The document can be collected starting from the date of this bid announcement on the newspaper during the official working hours and days.

The bidders can get the document up on presentation of all required legal certificates of registration from concerned government offices and currently renewed license, Tax clearness as well as VAT certificate and TIN number.

All bids should be submitted after seven (7) consecutive days from announcement on the Newspaper starting from 8:30 to 9.30am and closed at 9:30 am. Bid will be opened on the same day at 10:00 am at Dire Dawa ECC- SDCBOH office. If the opening day concedes with holiday bid will opens on next working day on the same time.

During bid opening bidders should be attend with legal representative and bid will be opened whether bidders representatives will exist or not on stated time and date.

The Bidders shall furnish, as part of its tender, a bid security of 10,000.00 (ten thousand) ETB, in the form of bank guarantee or CPO only from banking institution, licensed to do business in Ethiopia The bidders should Summit one original technical & one original financial document and two copies technical & financial documents sealed with wax and signed, after enclosed separately and kept in one post.
