Invitation to Bid

Nile Insurance Company S.C. invites interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of the following Items & Services for its 3B+G+25 H.Q Building.

1. The bid is open to all eligible bidders having suppliers’ renewal license, registration for value added tax (VAT), tax clearance and tax identification number (TIN), etc.

2. A complete set of separate Bid Document for each (S.N 1 & 2) can be obtained from Nile Insurance Company Head Quarters Building 22nd floor, at office hours, against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 for each to be deposited to Nile Insurance Company Account either Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Account No. 1000202585446 or Abyssinia Bank Account No. 30748 & bring deposit credit advice.

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 300,000.00 for each (S.N 1 & 2) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for thirty days (30) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal.

4. Bid documents must be submitted to Resource Management Department, Nile Insurance Company S.C. Head Quarters Building 22nd floor in the bid box provided on or before February 26, 2026; at 2:00 P.M.

5. Bid Opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives, who wish to attend, on same date February 26, 2026; at 2:15 P.M.

6. Failure to comply any of the conditions above shall result in automatic rejection.

7. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
