INVITATION FOR OPEN BID

1. Zemen Insurance S.C (ZISC) invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the Procurement of Solution/Software- based IP-PBX System implementation

2. Interested bidders may obtain the detailed Terms Of Reference /TOR/ from ZISC Head office Bole Road Haile and Alem Building 2nd Floor cashier office with a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) starting from FEB.9/2026 G.C during official working hours( 8:00 A.M-5:00 P.M)

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O).

4. The bidders must submit their Technical and financial proposals to our office in person in aseparate envelope starting from the posted date on the newspaper.

5. All bidders must be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Zemen Insurance S.C during office hours on/before February -23-2026 at 4:00 Local Time at the 5th -floor HCM Office.

6. The bid will be closed on February -23-2026 G.C at 4:00 A.M local time opened the same date at 4:30 A.M local time at the company head office the presence of bidders or their authorized representative is welcome to attend.

7. Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate registration certificate.

8. Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
