1. ተጫራቾች ለህግ ባለሙያዎች እና ለፕሮቶኮል ባለሙያዎች ለሚቀርቡ ሁሉም ዓይነት አልባሳት በዝርዝር መግለጫ መሠረት ናሙና ከእያንዳንዱ አልባሳት ዓይነት በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጠው መለኪያ መሠረት ብዛት 1 /አንድ/ ናሙና ጨረታው ከመክፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት እስከ ቀኑ 11፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ጀርመን አደባባይ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ዕቃ ግ/ቤት በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸው የሚከፈተው የጨረታ መክፈቻ Key share ወይም በሲስተሙ ሲልኩ ብቻ ነው።
3. ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ በጨረታው አማራጭ ካገኛ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
