1. The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia office (FHFE) an international humanitarian organization, invites sealed bid from eligible and qualified bidders of PRIVATE EYE CARE ORGANIZATION (PECO) for provision of cataract surgery at Borena, Guji. East Borena Buno Bedale and Horo Guduru Wellega zones of Oromia regional state.
2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to obtain a complete set of bidding documents from The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia Country office located at, 24 Area. 200m from Ministry of revenue. Bawdutch building 1st floor.
3. Bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2018 E.C.. Trade registration certificate. Health facility registration certificate Tax Identification Number, VAT Registration Certificates. Certificate of Competence issued by relevant government authorities and other necessary documents.
4. All bidders must be submitted their bidding documents to The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia office along with separately sealed envelopes as financial offers are labelled as original and copied and technical offer shall be made in a separate third-sealed envelope clearly labelled as technical offer.
5. Bid will be closed on 26^th February, 2026, at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia Country office located at, 24 Area, Next to Ministry of revenue. Bawdutch building 1st floor Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly to fill in all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
7. Failure to comply on the conditions from No 1 to 6 above shall result an automatic rejection.
8. The Fred Hollows Foundation Ethiopia office reserves the right to reject any bid and fo annul the bidding process partially or all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
