Qualification Requirements

• Nationality

   

  Consultant does have nationality in accordance with ITC Sub-Clause 4.2;

• Valid tax clearance certificate

   

  Domestic Consultant has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, in accordance with ITC Clause 4.5(b) (iii);

• VAT registration certificate

   

    Domestic Consultant has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITC Clause 4. 5(b)(ii);

• Valid business license

   

  Consultant has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Consultant is engaged, in accordance with ITC Clause 4.5(b) (i);

• Conflict of interest

   

  Consultant is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITC Clause 5;

• Site visit

   

  Site visit-The consultant is required to secure an official site visit authorization from the Ethiopian Heritage Authority, , under the Office of the Director of Finance and Procurement (Room No. 101), to carry out on-site inspections at Dire Dawa Railway Station and Kefira Market in coordination with the Dire Dawa Cultural and Tourism Office. The consultant must obtain a formal site visit verification letter from the Dire Dawa Cultural and Tourism Office, present it during the site inspection, and ensure that a scanned copy of the verification letter is submitted and uploaded to the EGP portal as part of the tender requirements.
