The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) hereby invites

Bid 1-All eligible, qualified consultants of Grade 3 or/and above for the consultancy service Design of Three Types of Standard Warehousing Facilities-Central Warehouse 2, Strategic Allocation Warehouse, and Moderate Allocation Warehouse, which will serve as a standard design for future warehouses construction.

Bid 2-Renewal and upgrade of Kaspersky End point Security Licenses from Endpoint security select to Advance as per the ToR-250 Licenses

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document by depositing a non-refundable payment amount ETB 500 (Five Hundred Bir) on CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society for each bid & collect the bidding document from ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, First floor, office No.25; which located around Stadium Addis Ababa.
2.  Bidders shall submit a renewed trade license of the year 2018EC, Registration certificate, TIN No., VAT Registration, Supplier’s list, tax clearance certificate and renewed competence certificate issued by an authorized government body.
3. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
4. FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labelled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labelled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be Stamped, wax sealed in and signed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society whose address is mentioned below.
5. Bid will be closed on April 29, 2026 at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS Conference Room, Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders are kindly requested to submit their price quotation along with the technical document based on detailed requirements on our Bill of Quantity for Bid 1.
7.  Bidders are advised to read bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
8.  Failure to comply with the conditions from No.2 to 7 above may result in an automatic rejection.
9. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
