LEARN Logistics by Kühne Foundation is a non-profit organization registered as a foreign civil society organization in accordance with the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No. 1113/2019, under license number 7657.
The organization was officially registered and commenced operations on July 24, 2025. As part of its operational setup and program implementation requirements, the organization intends to procure one TOYOTA RAV4 2.5L Adventure HYBRID 4×4 vehicle to support field activities, logistics, and administrative functions.

Requirements
Eligible prospective suppliers are expected to submit a complete set of Bidding Documents including:
1. Specification and manufactures catalogue, a copy of Trade License renewed for the year, VAT and TIN Registration Certificate, sealed separately and marked as “Vehicle Specifications and Legal Documents”
2. Bid Price including terms and conditions, valid at least for 30 days. In addition, delivery date of should be specified This should be sealed separately and marked as “Bid for Procurement of Vehicle”
3. Bid Security which is 2% of the total price offered by the bidder in the form of CPO valid at least 30 days from the date of Bid Opening sealed separately and Marked as “BID SECURITY FOR SUPPLY OF Vehicle”
The above three envelops MUST be contained in ONE Envelop, labeled with a complete contact information including address on the outside of the envelop of the Bidder and Marked as “Procurement of Vehicle.”
The sealed bids marked “Procurement of Vehicle” documents should be delivered to the address indicated below on or before May 22, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Following the completion of evaluations, the best bidder will be contacted
