- Terms and Conditions: ለመወዳደሪያነት የሚቀርቡ ሰነዶች ምንም አይነት ስርዝ ድልዝ የሌለባቸው መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል። ከጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ የተፃፈ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የጨረታ ቁጥሩን፤ ጨረታ ያወጣውን መ/ቤት ስም እና የገንዘብ መጠን በትክክል የሚገልፅ መሆን አለበት።
- አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች /ድርጅት/ ያሸነፋቸውን ዕቃዎች በሙሉ በቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ባለሙያዎች በተቀመጠው ዝርዝር የፍላጎት መግለጫ መሰረት መሆኑን ሲረጋግጡ ገቢ የሚያገርግ ይሆናል።
- አሸናፊ የሆኑ ድርጅቶች ያሸነፉትን እቃ ማቅረብ የማይችሉ ቢሆን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ማስጠንቀቂያ በመጻፍ ለ መንግስት ግዥ አገልግሎት ሪፖርት የሚያደርግ ይሆናል።
- አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን ዕቃዎች በሙሉ የቅ/ጽቤቱ ንብረት ክፍል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
- የእጅበ እጅ ደረሰኝ ተጠቃሚ የሆኑ ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ከብርሃንና ሰላም የተዘጋጀ ደረሰኝ በእጃቸው ከሌለ መወዳደር የማይችሉ መሆኑን እየገለፅን ከተወዳደሩ በኃላ በትዕዛዝ ላይ ነው አዘናል ማለት በስራችን ላይ ከፍተኛ ክፍተት የሚፈጥር በመሆኑ፤ አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ደረሰኝ ከሌለው ስራውንም መፈፀም የማይችል በመሆኑ ከጊዜም ከገንዘብም ጉዳት ያለው ስለሆነ ይህን ተላልፎ የተገኘ ተጫራች ይህንኑ ጠቅሰን የጥፋተኝነት ሪፖርት ለ መንግስት ግዥ አገልግሎት የምንፅፍ መሆናችንን እንገልጻለን።
- ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ግዥውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
- ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
