Invitation to Bid (ITB) for procurement Of Electric Vehicles

Menschen Fuer Menschen Foundation invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed quotations for the supply of the following types of electric vehicles:

• Electric Dump Truck
• Electric Pickup
• Electric Light Vehicles (Sedan/SUV)

1. Technical Specifications

Bidders must comply with the minimum technical requirements summarized below:

2. Submission Requirements

Bidders shall submit separate quotations for each vehicle type. 

All quotations must include:

• Detailed technical specifications
• Price (including applicable taxes)
• Delivery timeline
• Warranty and after-sales service details

All bid documents and trade credentials should be kept in a sealed envelope. Trade name and telephone address of the bidder must be inked on the envelop.

3. Bid Submission Deadline

Interested bidders shall submit their sealed quotations within 10 (ten) working days from the date of publication of this advertisement in a newspaper.

The bid shall be closed at 2 PM of the last submission date and opened at 2:30 PM on same date and place. If 10th day is a weekend or holiday, closing and opening of the bid shall be the next working day.

4. Additional Information

• Menschen Fuer Menschen Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
