Notice:
- Terms and Conditions:
- Bidders should share their private key in the e-GP within 24 hours from the date of opening of the bid. If they do not share their private key their bid will not be opened.
- Bidders should submit their hard copy bid security to the purchaser office within 24 hours from the bid opening date, otherwise will be rejected from the bid.
- Small micro enterprises should be manufacturing enterprise and should submit the hard copy letter addressing our organization name ETHIOIAN FOOD AND DRUG AUTHORITY. The bid security amount should be stated in the letter.
- Small micro enterprises should provide evidence their value addition to the goods they will supply by licensed and certified auditors.
- The bidders should have enough stock at hand for the goods they supply and the purchaser will inspect their stock availability physically.
- Bidders should submit at least one sample for each items.
- The purchaser has the right to cancel the bid wholly or partially.
