1. ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው እያንዳንዱ እቃ ናሙና ማቅረብ የግድ ሲሆን ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል።
2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሲ.ፒ .ኦ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
3. ማንኛውን ተጫራች በጨረታ መክፈቻ ዕለት የጨረታ መክፍቻ ቁልፍ መላክ ይኖርበታል።ነገር ግን መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ሳይልኩ ቀርተው ጨረታው ሳይከፈት ቢቀር መ/ቤቱ ሃላፊነቱን አይውስድም።
4. የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የማይመለስ ብር 200(ሁለት መቶ)ብር በኢትዮጲያ ንግድ ባንክ ሂሳብ ቁጥር 1000007971501 እንስሳት ልማት ኢንስቲትዩት በሚል ገቢ በማድረግ ኦርጅናል ደረሰኙን በአካል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው።
5. ጨረታ ላይ የወጡት ሁሉም የእንስሳት መኖዎች መለኪያቸዉ በኩንታል መሆናቸውን እናሳውቃለን ስለሆነም ዋጋ መሰጠት ያለበት ያንድ ኩንታል ዋጋ መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን።
6. ማሳሰቢያ፡-መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ ይጠበቃል።
