1. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ አንድ መቶ ሽህ ብር(100,000.00) ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ እና የዋስትናው የብር መጠን ተካቶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ደ/ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲው (ዋና ካምፓስ) ግዥ ክፍል ህንጻ 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
2. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የማገዶ እንጨቱን ገቢ የሚያደርገው ጤና ካምፓስ ግቢ ሲሆን ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚሰጠው ፕሮግራም መሰረት ይሆናል።
3. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
