Pre –qualification Screening open Bid No. NCB/EEC/03/2018

Ethiopian Engineering Corporation is a government development organization that provides services in the field of design and construction works in the construction industry sector, providing the country’s key infrastructure needs in roads and bridges, water and energy, building and urban development, and other civil engineering works in the required time, quantity and quality. In addition, it is providing services in the fields of geotechnical and geological works, surveying, laboratory testing and training services; The corporation wishes to identify and invite for further competition the quality of different equipment’s/goods, accessories and consumable items required as inputs to achieve the objectives of its establishment through a pre-qualification screening open bid, and to register as a supplier, to identify and compare the organizations that can provide the items on time and in quality, and who are willing to work with the corporation as a partner continuously and sustainably. Therefore:

1. Applicants must have a valid renewed business license, have paid their current taxes, be registered as a VAT payer, and be able to provide proof of their tax liability, as well as being included in the supplier list and being registered.

2. Applicants may attach a profile showing the current status of their organization, evidence of performance, audited profit and loss statements for the recent years, and other information related to quality (ISO Certificate) and qualifications.

3. Bidders to register for the competition lots;

4. Bidders must provide their full name, address, signature, and the organization stamp on their tender documents.

5. The Registration will remain open for 15(fifteen) consecutive days from the date of publication in the newspaper, applicants can take the form prepared by the corporation on regular working office hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM, on Friday 8:00AM to 11:30AM and 1:30PM-4:00PM, fill in the necessary information about your organization, sign and seal it, and submit their documents in the box provided at the address mentioned below.
