INVITATION TO BID FOR MARKETING AND EXECUTION OF DIGITAL TERM LIFE INSURANCE

Ethio Life and General Insurance S.C would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders, to submit bids for Marketing and Execution of the newly launched Digital Term Life Insurance that meet the requirements of the Company indicated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

The bid and RFP documents can be obtained from the company in the following address upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 1,000 (One Thousand Birr) at the time of purchasing the bid document from :-

1. Bidders should submit renewed license. VAT registration, TIN certificate and current year tax clearance.

2. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 2% of the bidders fixed fee for the Marketing and Execution of Digital Term Life Insurance, in one of the following forms:

• Unconditional Bank guarantee:

3. The bid remains floating from September 08, 2025 to September 13, 2025 and shall be closed at 10:00 AM and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Company’s board room, 7th Floor, Around Meskel Flower, Homes of Millions Building.

4. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.

5. Bidders must submit sealed bids labeled “Tender for Marketing and Execution of Digital Term Life Insurance.” The submission should include an original and a copy, each placed in separate wax-sealed envelopes marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal.” These envelopes should be combined into one larger wax- sealed envelope and sent to the address mentioned in section 6. All proposals must be submitted in the designated box by September 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

6. Bidders must submit sealed bids labeled “Tender for Marketing and Execution of Digital Term Life Insurance,” including an original and copy in separate wax-sealed envelopes for the Technical and Financial Proposals. Place these in a larger wax-sealed envelope and deliver to the address in section 6 by September 13, 2025, at 10:30 AM.
