1. ናሙና የሚቀርብበት ቦታ አ.አ መስቀል አደባባይ ወደ ሳሪስ የሚወስደው መንገድ ቅ/ዮሴፍ ት/ቤት ጎን ይርጋ ኃይሌ ፕላዛ 4 ፎቆ ግዥ ክፍል ወይም በአዋሽ ጉ/ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ፖ.ሳ.ቁ.107 አዋሽ 7 ብሎ መላክ ይችላል።
2. ማንኛውም የማጓጓዣ ወጪ በአቅራቢ ድርጅቱ የሚሸፈን መሆኑ ይታወቅ።
3. አሸናፊው ድርጅት በአሸነፈባቸው ዕቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አና የጉልበት ሰራተኞች ወጪ ወደ ጅቡቲ መስመር ከአዲስ አበባ በ230 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ወደ ሚገኘው አዋሽ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መጋዘን ገቢ ማድረግ አለባቸው።
4. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ በሚሰጠው የግዥ ትዕዛዝ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት።
5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን በስስተም አታች በማድረግ እና በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
6. መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ይሁን በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።
