Invitation to Bid for Supply of Poultry Inputs, Vitamins, stress relivers & technical Services

Heifer Project International (HPI) would like to invite Potential Suppliers for the procurement of Poultry Business Inputs (day-old-chicks, two-month-old pullets, starter and grower feed) vitamins, stress relievers & technical services.

Eligible suppliers with proven experience and capacity in supplying Poultry business inputs & technical services can register by email with the address mnebere@heifer.org  by sending credentials (renewed license, VAT certificate & Tin certificate) during working hours (8:30 AM to 4:30PM), from October 22, 2025 to November 11,2025. The bidding document (TOR) will be sent to the bidders by the e-mail address they provide when registering for the bid.

The bidders are required to submit the original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes, sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” for both Technical and Financial Proposals Separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Taxpayer’s Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical, Financial, and other documents mentioned on the TOR) must be delivered to the address below in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 4:00 PM on November 12, 2025.
