1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online one time of 10th May 2021 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.

2. The Federal Government of Ethiopia has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Multi-Sectoral Approach for Stunning Reduction project (MASREP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant finance will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of Equipment for the Poultry Multiplication Center.

3 The Amhara National Regional State Livestock & Fisheries Resource Bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address given below and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday.

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (Birr One thousand only). The provisions in the instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.

7. Bids, accompanied with a bid security, must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:15 A.M local time on 08 December, 2025.

8. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 10:30 AM local time on 08 December, 2025.
