Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of IT items, Non-IT & service procurements as per stated below;

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.net/ and  https://dashen.afrotender.com/to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number starting from October 27, 2025.

2. Bidders are advised to visit our official website at www.dashenbanksc.com or directly access supplier registration page at https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/to register as a supplier on our Bank’s SAP Ariba Electronic system.

3. Copy of memorandum of association, renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer for each bid reference mentioned in above table. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for all lots.

5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for both bid reference numbers.

6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose as per the following detail

• For S.No. 5 up to 8 on November 7, 2025, up to 5:00PM Afternoon
• For S.No. 1 up to 4 on November 10, 2025, up to 5:00PM Afternoon and late bids will automatically result in rejection.

7. The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall tentatively as per the below detail.

• For S.No. 5 up to 8 on November 8, 2025, up to 9:00 AM Morning
• For S.No. 1 up to 4 on November 11, 2025, up to 2:00 PM Afternoon

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
