TO ALL CONTRACTORS OF CATEGORY GC/RC/BC Grade 5

1. Essera Woreda Agriculture Development and Environmental Protection Cooperative Office Food System Resilience Program Unit have funds with the budget to be used for the procurement of Construction of Sengete Fruit and Vegetable Aggregation Center
2. Essera Woreda Entreprise and Industry Office invites scaled bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works mentioned below.
3. • Renewed business license for Ethiopian fiscal year of 2018EC.
   • VAT registration certificates of bidder,
   •  Tax Payer Registration Certificates of bidder.
   •  Competence Certificate (Contractors Registration Certificate) from the Concerned Ministries (Ministry of Construction / Regional Office/ Responsible Public Authority);
   •  GC/BC/BC-5 and above Construction company Renewed for the year 2018 E.C
   •  Registration Certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement & Property Administration Agency.  Bidders should be required to submit application letter, renewed Business license, certificate of competence. Valid tax clearance certificate and etc. To collect the bidding document
4.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National tendering procedures contained in the World Bank Procurement Regulation and Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all GC Grade 5/RC Grade 5/ BC Grade 5 eligible bidders.
5.  Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Dawro Zone Essera Woreda Finance, Economy & Development Office- Procurement and Finance Directorate and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 11(a) from 2:30 O’clock to 11:30 O’clock local time
6.  A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 11(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00. The method of payment will be in Dawro Zone Essera Woreda Finance, Economy & Development Office. Bidders can collect the Bidding document from address below at 11(b).
7. In addition to the original of the Bid, the number of copies required is: 2 (Two) copies: (Two of Financial & Two of Technical proposal).
8. The bid will be floated for 30/thirty/ consecutive calendar days counted from the date  announcement of the tender on the national newsletter
9.  Bid must be delivered to the Address below at 11(b) on or before 31th day to be counted on the date of announcement of the tender.
10.  All bids must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 250,000.00 (Two Hundred fifty thousand birr in the form CPO only
11. Bids will be closed and opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11 (b) at 8:00 o’clock And 8:30 o’clock local time respectively on 31th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender.
12. (a) Documents will be issued at Dawro Zone Essera Woreda Finance Economy & Development Office Procurement and Finance Directorate
13. (b) Bids must be delivered to and will be opened at Dawro Zone Essera Woreda Finance Economy & Development Department Procurement and Finance Directorate
14. 12. The Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid

Notice: If the deadline of submission date be on holiday or weekend it shall be submitted and opened on next working day with specified time and place.
