Invitation to Bidders

Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics kombolcha port and terminal Branch office would like to Invite Interested and Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of security guard service, employee safety shoes and shoes, employee uniform tailoring, employee uniform and Annual stationery and sanitary materials (Bid Reference No ESLSE/P&T/NEG/PRF/2025/02801, ESLSE/P&T /NEG/PRF/2025/02809, ESLSE/P&T /NEG/PRF/2025/02817, ESLSE/P&T/NEG/PRF/2025/02819 and ESLSE/P&T/NEG/PRF/2025/02831) upon fulfilling of the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bidders shall provide relevant renewed trade licenses, trade registration certificates, VAT registration certificates, current tax clearance certificates, TIN certificates, supplier list registration certificates.

2. To access the tender document bidders shall register on our enterprise supplier list by using the link https://ehog.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegisterSupplier?prcBuld-300000003585149 or register in person at Kombolcha Port and Terminal Branch Office Or ESL Head Office 10th floor procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN (Tax Identification Number) If bidders are foreigners, shall present business registration certification or trade licenses from the country of establishment starting from the date of this announcement.

3. The bid shall be valid for 30 days after the system bid closing date.

4. Bidder shall submit bid security in person at the Kombolcha Port and Terminal Branch Office of the enterprise procurement department and the amount of the bid security is 2%. The type of acceptable bid security is: – unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO). The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid Proposal, Which shall remain valid for a period of 30 days + 28 days =58 days.

5. Bidder shall give their price at line level in the system.

6. The deadline for bid submission is the date and time of the ERP System.

7. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics kombolcha port and terminal Branch office the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
