1. The Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation (EABC) invites sealed bis from eligible bidders for the supply of

• Lot 1 Empty bags for DAP Fertilizer Qty. 50,053,440 pcs
• Lot 2 Empty bags for UREA Fertilizer Qty. 43,631,520 pcs to be delivered as per Specification and the delivery schedule specified in the bid document.

2. The terms of purchase will read as FOB/CIF terms

4. Bidders may participate on one or more lots or the entire Empty bags specified in the bid documents, requirements and specifications are listed in bid documents.

5. The Bidder shall furnish in a separate envelop, as part of its bid, a uncon-ditional counter guarantee from Commercial bank of Ethiopia (CBE) only and bid security amount 20,000 USD or equivalent in ETB at the rate of bid opening date.

6. All bids, must be delivered at the following address:- Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation, Agricultural Inputs Supply Sector Akaki-kality Sub-City Woreda 06. On or before 10:00 A.M on April 22, 2026 and must be accompanied by the aforementioned bid security.

7. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by the interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 5,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency in Ethiopian bank.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representative that chooses to attend at 10:10 A.M. On April 22, 2026 at the Ethiopian Agricultural Business Corporation assembly hall.

9. Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation (EABC) reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to cancel the bid in whole or in part.

10. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation
