  Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates Qualifications and experience of technical experts allocated for the job

  Bidders must engage the following technical experts for the project: Deliverable (Staffs CV)

  1.    Project Manager- Related MA/MSC, PMP and other equivalent industry certification (10 points) with more than 10 years’ experience

  2.    Network Engineer (minimum 3)-Related BSC, Expert, Professional and at least entry-level certification in respective to the assignments (Core switch, Firewall, Power UPS and Clustering)

  Technicians (minimum 3)- configuration and installation (10points) with more than 3 years’ experience in respective to the assignments (Core switch, Firewall, Power UPS and Clustering).

• Delivery and Completion Schedule

  Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements

• financial statements certified by an independent auditor

  Bidder shall provide full details along with necessary documents the audit report of the last three yeras which shows its profitability

  Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements .

  1, The bidder should provide all relevant and renewed legal trade licenses which shows the related stream of business.

  2, Manufacture Authorization letter (MAF) for installation and implementation permission certification from respective vendors, will be also cross checked with vendor.

• Annual turnover

  When the annual turnover submitted by the bidder is not less than the average annual turnover specified in the bid document.The bidder shall have & submit the a verage annual turnover etimated at ETB 80,000,000 with in the last three yeras only  ICT solutions supply-installation-configuration testing & commissioning

  2.     Products should meet the minimum specification mentioned above and better products and implementation experience gets higher points, and the evaluation will be done accordingly.

  Bidder has failed to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS CLUSTERING and firewall competitors bidder should have at least 5 years of experience in supplying and implementing computing and security solutions and modular intelligent UPS, core switch, fiber uplink installation competitors should have at least 5 years of experience in supplying and implementing modular UPS system and network backbone.   Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter for all supplied goods and accessories Directly from Manufacturers of the Goods. Mentioning the tender Number to Ministry of Health And it will be verified.
