- 2ኛ. አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ውል በመያዝ ዩኒቨርስቲው ድረስ በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት በማምጣት ለንብረት ክፍል ማስረከብ አለባቸው።
- 3ኛ. ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
- 4ኛ. የሚያያዙ ዶክመንቶች በሚመለከታቸው ቦታ ካልተያያዙ እና ካልቀረቡ ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ።
- 5ኛ. መያያዝ ያለባቸው ዶክመነቶች ግልፅና የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው።
